Next, we meet in person to refine your vision. Our project managers create complimentary simple sketch designs to outline the basic layout and design elements. We also offer advanced 3D renderings to provide a realistic preview of your project. Our extensive gallery of design ideas helps you gather inspiration and visualize possibilities.

Detailed Planning and Estimates

We provide free, comprehensive estimates, including material costs and financial options. Approved designs are converted into detailed engineering plans, ensuring structural integrity and compliance.

Permit Acquisition

We handle all necessary permits and approvals, coordinating with local authorities for a smooth process.

Construction and Quality Assurance

We decided to finally pull the trigger and completely redo our front patio. We had an awkward suspended large deck with an underutilized lower ground area that was a complete eyesore. I had six different firms come out to provide ideas to maximize the use of the area – our desire was to have a patio area that we could use all year long. Rox builders came up with a clean, useful, livable area design using colored patio pavers, with low voltage accent lights and multiple watering areas controlled with an automatic sprinkler/dribbler system. Thank you Shay and company for refreshing our yard after years of neglect. Shay was the Project Manager and was very flexible with our requests and since his work crew has so many talents, we could throw anything at them. For example, we wanted an herb garden built and a new courtyard. Here are some before and after pictures, including some areas that were cleaned up with a new drip system to save us water from the sprinklers we had them take out. This is just a sampling of what his great team accomplished in a short amount of time!

Our outdoor living area needed it – and finally got the right transformation!!! Shay, the project manager, was key in guiding us through design and build process. We installed a new composite deck, laid a travertine stone patio with built-in fire pit and outside BBQ. Shay designed and installed some LED lights along the walkways and around gardens and planters, which made the space feel tranquil and safe. We also upgraded our watering system and were helped by the company to apply and qualify for water preservation discount program. We will definitely use Rox Builders again and highly recommend it to you!
